  9. the National Horse Show cheered when actor William Shatner
  10. snagged a blue ribbon in the Saddlebred Five-Gaited class, in
  11. which horses are judged on styles of motion. Since retiring from
  12. the Star Trek series, Shatner has been breeding horses. His
  13. mount was named Time Machine, but it has naught to do with his
  14. TV days, save one link. Says Shatner: "Star Trek bought me the
  15. horses."
